Data deletion

ArtArray Company Limited

You can request deletion of your account and associated data from any ArtArray product. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone: it removes your account information, generated content, and subscription data from our servers.

What will be deleted

• Your account profile and personal information
• AI-generated content and creations
• Saved prompts and preferences
• Usage history and analytics data

How to request deletion

In the ArtArray app: open the app, go to Settings → Account, tap “Delete Account”, and follow the confirmation steps.

For any product, by email: write to contact@artarray.ai from the email address linked to your account and mention which product the request concerns.

What happens next

• 30-day grace period. Your account is scheduled for deletion; you can cancel the request at any time within 30 days.
• Content removal. Your generated content and saved preferences are permanently removed.
• No recovery. After the grace period, your account and data cannot be restored.

Data retention

After account deletion, we may retain certain information for legal compliance and regulatory requirements, prevention of fraud and abuse, enforcement of our terms of service, and aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot identify you.
